However there have been researches that suggest exercising in the evening can be better as our body use lesser oxygen during that time, which may help to enhance our performance and in turn loos weight. BEFORE EXERCISE


When you start exercise first of all mentally prepared what are you going to do.
Take a little sip of water
Wear stretchable cloths.

EXERCISE


1.WARM-UP


To lose weight you can begin your exercise either by jogging or cycling. At home you can start with cycling.


2.WALKING/CYCLING/JOGGING


Walking/cycling around 30 minutes at a pace of 6.4 kph will help to burn 167 cal for 70kg individual. A person can reduce body fat about 1.5% of their body weight by walking 50-70- minutes 3 times per week.


Set aside 1 hour of your time and include these exercises in your routine.
Start with walking exercise for 15 minutes.
Increase your pace and start Jogging for the next 15 minutes.
With a constant increase in pace, run for another 15 minutes.
Reduce your pace and come back to jogging for 10 minutes.
Relax your body and slow down your pace and walk for 5 minutes.







3.SKIPPING/JUMPING



On a plan site stand with your back straight.
Keep your feet straight pointing towards
Keep your hand straight pointing downwards close your theigh
Jump off the ground and bring it back.
Repeat these steps and increase your jumping speed constantly








4.PLANKS


In the beginning of your exercise standard plan is good for you.
Get down into the push-up position.
Now bend your right knee and pull it towards your chin.
Push your right knee back to your initial position.
Now bend your left knee and pull it towards your chin.
Push your left knee back to your initial position.
Continue above steps in 3 raps of 10 times each.






AFTER EXERCISE

After exercise it is very important to cool down our body otherwise your body get pain and that pain is so severe that you may not bear to prepare yourself for your next day workout.

For cool down your body relax your body and your sweat dry off in natural air not in ac or fan.

After that take either steam bath or you take chilled ice bath. In both cases your body get relaxed. Note* But remember do not take steam and cold bath simultaneously or in same day you are allow to take only one at a time.







DIET

Do not starving yourself
Eat lots of water and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid oily food or junk food.
Eat healthy salad
Reduce sugar from your diet.
